2025 - We are 50 Years Old

2025 marks 50 years since the Bowmen of Leeds Archery Club was first registered in 1975 (although it was originally established as a private factory club as early as 1974).

We have been providing archery initially to the Vickers Tank Factory in Leeds, then later to the Garforth and surrounding areas, continuously through to the current time, with only a break enforced on us due to COVID.

We are arranging a few celebratorily activities this year, including friendly competitions and having various personalised souvenirs prepared for current (any previous) club members, as a way to remember this special milestone in the club's history.
